Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35 within the contiguous United States. We aim to process orders within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and then another email from us at Arch once your order has been shipped. 

Returns

It’s our goal for you to have a full blown tail-wagging, body-wiggling extravaganza with our customer service and product. You know when you come home from vacation and your dog sees you for the first time? Like that.

If you're not 100% totally, completely, and unconditionally satisfied with your pet’s food or treats, please let us know and we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked. We’re here to do right by you, your pup, and the planet. To protect against the evildoers of this world, this offer is valid only for first time customers, first time purchases of the product, and up to three months after purchase. This stuff expires, after all. 

For any other returns (be it merch, accessories, or food and treats outside the “first time” guarantee listed above), please reach out so we can send you the proper address. Note: all returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date, in new condition, with all original packaging.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please email us at woof@archpetfood.com to arrange for a refund or exchange. Lastly, if you bought a product from a third party, please reach out to them for any customer service issues.
